PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TREATMENTS
The Brow Haus and Co./ Microblading Brows by Emily requires a non-refundable booking fee for all new treatments, excluding the 6-8 week touch-up.
- To reschedule and retain your booking fee, you must provide at least 4 days’ notice before your appointment.
- Failure to provide 4 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required for any future booking.
- Booking fee transfers are permitted once and must be used within 2 months of the original appointment date. After this period, a new booking fee will be required.
- Microblading Brows by Emily reserves the right to decline more than two rescheduling requests.
TRAINING COURSES PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking Fee and Course Payment
All payments made for our training courses include:
- A non-refundable booking fee
- A Craft Master Licence (assigned to you)
- A training kit
Booking Fee
The booking fee secures your spot for your chosen training date and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Craft Master Licence
Your Craft Master Licence is uniquely assigned to you upon payment and cannot be transferred or reassigned to another person.
2. Training Kit Policy
Each training kit is specifically tailored to its corresponding course and includes all necessary materials for practical sessions.
Please be aware that the products within these kits have expiry dates and are procured specifically for your training. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, training kits cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once issued.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for the booking fee, Craft Master Licence, or training kits under any circumstances.
4. Rescheduling & Training Kit Policy
- Rescheduling requests made with less than two weeks’ notice will not be accommodated, and the full course fee will be forfeited.
- If you wish to change your training date, you must provide at least two weeks’ notice before your original course date.
- Training kits are ordered specifically for each student and contain products with expiry dates. If you reschedule, your original kit will remain the same, and a new or updated kit will not be provided. Kits cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold due to hygiene and safety regulations.
5. Licence Activation
The Craft Master Licence is activated upon full payment and is assigned exclusively to the individual purchaser. Once activated, it cannot be altered, reassigned, or refunded
