HOW DO THE TRAINING PROGRAMS WORK?
The PhiBrows and Delphi Microblading Program starts with a 2-day hands-on workshop, followed by in-depth modules via the PhiAcademy CraftMaster App. Learn at your own pace, refine your skills, and progress to live skin application only when Master Emily confirms you’re ready. Certification is awarded once all modules are completed, ensuring you’re confident and expertly trained.

Training is never rushed. Students only progress when they are ready. You won’t be pushed straight onto clients; instead, you’ll develop strong foundations first—mastering essential techniques and providing clear proof and evidence of your work before moving up each stage of your learning.

To support learning beyond the classroom, students gain access to an online training platform where progress is tracked through videos, demonstrations, and guided tasks. Students are also encouraged to shadow Emily in clinic, observing real treatments and understanding professional working practices—this is included in your course fees- Practical modules can be performed at the clinic with Emily.

For 2.5 years, Emily researched, debated, and dreamed of becoming a microblading artist. She was determined to find the right training and the right time. In 2019, after realizing that staying stuck in a job she dreaded wasn’t an option, Emily finally took the leap and enrolled in her first microblading course.
Starting with no savings, no experience, and a whole lot of courage, she worked hard to build the career of her dreams. Now, as a PhiBrows Elite Artist and educator, Emily’s passion fuels every day—whether she's shaping brows or helping others launch their own successful microblading careers.
In 2024, Emily proudly became the first UK Master in the Delphi machine hair stroke technique, a cutting-edge innovation in the world of microblading. She’s also the first to introduce the Delphi technique to the UK market, offering her students exclusive access to one of the most advanced microblading techniques available today.
